Opportunity can change trajectories.
Creating access is only the beginning. The goal is to equip young people to turn opportunity into progress.
Leadership, for me, has never been limited to the organizations I work for or serve.
In 2015, I founded Dream Rite, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young people in Africa access opportunities, develop their potential, and move toward the futures they envision. Since then, under my leadership, Dream Rite has impacted the lives of thousands of students across Africa by expanding access to education where opportunity is limited and hope can feel out of reach. What began as a personal vision has grown into an institution—with a growing team of paid staff and volunteers, an expanding reach, and an increasing number of beneficiaries across the continent.
Creating access is only the beginning. The goal is to equip young people to turn opportunity into progress.
Developing people is part of building something that can extend beyond one person.
Building Dream Rite has shaped how I think about people, processes, resources and sustained action.
